Creek Makerspace

Located directly across from the Office of the Engineering Dean on the first floor of Carrie Rich Hall, this is a state-of-the-art lab with a variety of 3D printers, including:

  • Three Form2 SLA printers
  • Four LulzBot TAZ 5 printers
  • One Ultimaker 3 Extend printer
  • Stratasys uPrint SE Plus printer

The 3D printing capabilities include:

  • Single extrusion, or dual-extrusion for two color printing
  • Variety of print materials (PLA, ABS, HIPS, PC, Nylon and more)
  • Dissolvable support (PVA, HIPS) for smooth surfaces
  • Stereolithograpy printing for fine detail

In addition, this lab is equipped with:

  • Brother Persona PRS 100 embroidery machine
  • Roland CAMM-1 GS-24 vinyl cutter
  • Dell Precision Desktop workstations with all necessary design software

The Creek Makerspace enables students to design and create everything from cool gadgets to professionally-finished project parts. The Creek Makerspace is open to all Campbell students. Use of some equipment is restricted to students with appropriate training.
