Located directly across from the Office of the Engineering Dean on the first floor of Carrie Rich Hall, Creek Makerspace is a state-of-the-art lab with a variety of 3D printers, including:
- Four Stratasys FDM Printers
- One Stratasys PolyJet Printer
- Two Form2 SLA Printers
The 3D printing capabilities include:
- Dual extrusion with dissolvable support
- Variety of print materials (ABS, ASA, Nylon, Carbon Fiber and Diran)
- PolyJet printing for multiple colors/materials printed simultaneously
- Stereolithography printing for fine detail
- Advanced Insight software from Stratasys that enables complete control of the 3D print file configuration
- Enables inverted printing using soluble support to create dissolvable molds
In addition, this lab is equipped with:
- Brother Persona PRS 100 embroidery machine
- Roland CAMM-1 GS-24 vinyl cutter
- Dell Precision Desktop workstations with all necessary design software
